It is important that you are 100% happy with your purchase from Hadobody. If a reason arises and you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can simply return them for full store credit or exchange
- You can return the items within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (no cash returns).
- Please send us an email to hello@Hadobody.com and wait for feedback before you return your item.

- All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- All Sales items are final sales i.e. items purchased in sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, may not be accepted.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise, which is returned because the buyer bought the wrong size/color or caused by non-quality problems.
We offer customers to return purchased products for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund.
Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odor, in their original packaging and containing all tags, or will otherwise not be accepted. All orders are sent in sturdy shipping boxes, which can be re-used for returns. Shipments do not include a return label, but we will email you a return label after you register your return.
If you are returning your products for a refund, we will deduct a return shipping charge from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping back. If you are returning your products for an Exchange or Store Credit, you will not be charged for the return shipping.
Please note that you must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Hadobody. Once the returned product is received by Hadobody, the return will be processed for an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund as per your request within 30 days. Hadobody will cover the cost for outgoing shipping of Exchanges, but reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer in some circumstances.
