Shipping Policy

Hadobody will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders will ship within two business days, except during U.S. federal holiday periods.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Any shipment to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other non-continental U.S. orders will be sent ground and are expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email after placing an order (“Shipment Confirmation Email”) for tracking information to appear on the mail carrier website. The Order Total stated on the Shipment Confirmation Email includes product costs and all discounts and credits before shipping fees.

  • Please note that orders may not be shipped to certain places or geographical areas.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates for deliveries within the continental United States are as follows:

From time to time, our website may display certain offers or promotions such as free shipping. Please note that such promotions are subject to terms and conditions that will be provided when such offers are available on the website and that in all instances, free shipping promotions are valid only within the Continental United States.

International Shipping

Delivery of products purchased from Hadobody shall occur, and risk of loss and title to products shall pass to customer, at the time Hadobody transfers the products to the carrier or shipping agent at the facility in the United States from which customer’s order is shipped.

Customs Fees (if applicable): Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Hadobody is unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.

For Canadian Customers: By ordering products from Hadobody, you authorize an agent to act as your agent to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and to handle any merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. On checkout, we calculate and collect the applicable taxes and duties that the broker will pay on your behalf to the CBSA.

Changing Or Cancelling Orders

Had a change of heart? Once an order is placed, we’re unable to edit or make changes. Please feel free to email within 60 minutes of placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.

Exchanges And Price Adjustments

  • No exchanges. Please return the items you wish to return and place a new order immediately for the item you so desire.
  • We do not price adjust for any reason.

Return Policy

  • Returns for the purchase price of goods must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of said goods.
  • We will not make exceptions if you happen to be traveling.
  • Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
  • All returnable merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all the original labels and tags attached.
  • No returns of Intimate Apparel and Water Bottles.
  • All garments are subject to inspection.
  • Items purchased at a discount or on sale are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • No returns for international orders outside of the USA.

Unauthorized Returns And Worn Garments

Refunds will not be issued for unauthorized and worn garments. If we receive a worn garment your return will not be processed nor will your used garment be returned to you.

Return Procession Time

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Cost

You are responsible for all labeling, return packaging and shipping costs.

Damage Or Defective Item Assistance

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hadobody purchase. If you happen to encounter an issue with your order, please email with your order number and a brief message describing the damage/defect. Emailing us a clear photo of the damaged/defective product is required.

Order Arrived With Items Missing

Please check your shipping confirmation email(s) and verify that all items were shipped in one package, as there may have been multiple shipments for your order and/or confirm that the item wasn't canceled from the order. After confirming the number of shipments you should have received and you determine an item(s) is/are still missing, you can email us at and we will assist you with locating your missing item(s).

Order Not Yet Received

Please check the tracking number for your order to see the delivery status. If your package has arrived at the local post office, please allow an additional 3 days for the post office to deliver the package to your home. If your order shows delivered to your home address, please check with all relatives in the household and neighbors to ensure it was not picked up by someone else.
